Road Safety Day. Apr 2021.

On 1st April we held a 'Road Safety Awareness Day' in school.

We have all been concerned about the speeds and parking on Ramley Road and each class has written a letter to our MP - Sir Desmond Swayne, asking him to consider a crossing on this stretch of road. We look forward to hearing his reply soon. 

As part of our work on this day, we focused on learning how to cross the road safely. This will come in handy for our 'SusTrans' walk to school challenge when we return after the holidays!

EYFS and KS1 have all made a video to explain how to cross the road safely.
