Eco Ambassadors:

We are delighted to congratulate our dedicated Eco Ambassadors on achieving the Gold Woodland Trust Award - a fantastic recognition of their commitment to caring for the natural world.

As part of this achievement, our school has been presented with a beautiful wooden Gold Woodland Trust plaque, which will be proudly displayed as a lasting reminder of our commitment to protecting and enhancing our environment.

Throughout the year, our Eco Ambassadors have led by example, encouraging our whole school community to care for nature, improve biodiversity and make sustainable choices. Their enthusiasm and determination have inspired others to appreciate and protect the world around us.

This award reflects our school's commitment to United Nations Global Goal 15: Life on Land, which calls on us to protect, restore and promote the sustainable use of our natural environment. Whether planting, caring for wildlife habitats, encouraging others to value green spaces or helping our school become an even more environmentally friendly place, our Eco Ambassadors have shown that every action (no matter how small!) can make a positive difference.

As Architects of a Better World, we believe we all have a responsibility to care for our common home. This award celebrates not only what our Eco Ambassadors have achieved, but also the values they have demonstrated: stewardship, teamwork, leadership and hope for the future.
