RHS Award Level 3

We are delighted to report that we have been awarded a Level 3 Royal Horticultural Society School Gardening Award for our work on growing produce and working with our school kitchen to serve healthy meals.

Over the academic year we have grown strawberries, bell peppers, courgettes, cucumbers, potatoes, pumpkins and squash - all of which HCS3 have used in our lunches!

We will receive a £50 Garden Centre voucher and a certificate for our hard work.

Next, we will plan towards gaining our RHS Level 4 Award, where we will combine our DT work to cook our produce ourselves and also take part in an enterprise project.
