St Barbe History Workshop - Year 4

A big thank you to Verity at St Barbe Museum in Lymington who came to visit Year 4 for a 'Romans' workshop to complement their History work.

Verity shared some artefacts with the children and discussed how the Romans used the area of the New Forest and our local coastline.

The children also learned about Roman coins as part of their work - they made fabulous accountants! It was a brilliant workshop which the children very much enjoyed.
