Pumpkin Picking:

Our pumpkins grown by pupils on our "Pumpkin Patch" have had an excellent summer - so much so, that some are already ready to harvest!

Mrs Rothwell has been busy looking after our grounds during the holidays and delighted to share that our tomatoes, sweetcorn, runner beans and onions are all ready for the children to harvest in their OWWL sessions.

We are working towards our 'Live Simply' award with CAFOD, showing how we can promote sustainability with creation and live in solidarity with people living in poverty. Much of the produce we grow is used by our school kitchens, or donated to our local food bank, New Forest Basics Bank, or shared on the 'Kindness Kiosk' outside the school.

Well done to our budding gardeners! We enjoy being outside each week in our OWWL lessons (Outdoor Woodland and Wellbeing Learning) and learning in our Forest School!
