Year 3 Trip to Cinderella the Musical

Year 3 were lucky enough to see Cinderella the Musical on 4th December at the NST Theatre in Southampton! This was a contemporary adaptation of the story, with several changes to the usual plot!

We hope it will inspire our budding young writers to put their own twists on their individual stories when we come to write them later this year!

Zoe: "I thought it was very good! The musical numbers were fantastic, I loved watching the performance!".

Mason: "My favourite part was when the two ugly step sisters were trying to fit their feet in the glass slipper! It was very funny!"

Tristan: "I have read the book at home and this was a different version, but I enjoyed it!"

Ava Mae: "I loved the show! The singing was fantastic! I thought the actors and actresses did a fantastic job."

Emma: "I liked the different sound effects that were used to create the voices! It was very clever"!
