Sanctuary Shoeboxes:

The children from the Sanctuary Group were thrilled to deliver 45 shoeboxes to New Life Church, the main depot for "Operation Christmas Child," organised by Samaritan's Purse, in the New Forest. Seeing the rows of boxes ready to travel around the world, they felt just like Father Christmas, helping to sort presents, gifts and necessary hygiene items for children who might otherwise go without. The shoeboxes are full of toys, books, games and health and wellbeing products. Our Sanctuary Leaders mission statement is for everyone to feel "wrapped in love, like a warm hug," and we are sure that receiving one of these shoeboxes at Christmas time will make a child feel just that!

A special thank you to Mrs Rothwell for welcoming us and supporting us with this wonderful initiative. Our children left inspired, knowing their gifts will bring joy, hope and smiles far beyond our community.

We’re excited to track one of our school boxes to see where it ends up around the world - watch this space to find out more. Thank you everyone for your generosity and support in helping our pupils to become "architects of a better world!"
