Go Orange for Solent Rescue. Apr 2021.

Today we all went 'Orange' for Solent Rescue!
We had a non uniform day where everybody wore orange (or a bright colour!) and brought in a donation in support of the charity. 

Solent Rescue was formed 50 years ago in 1971 and is an additional lifeboat service, who look after the waters at busy times. Where we live has one of the busiest waterways in the UK. Solent Rescue can be called upon to assist all manner of people (and animals!) that may need them when they least expect it.

We raised £124.29 in total to support this worthy cause. Thank you everyone for your generosity! This sum will be added to the other schools across the partnership (who also participated) and donated in full to the charity.
