Pip and Pap EYFS Workshop

Year R enjoyed their final Pip and Pap workshop of the year, reading Orange Phase Book 24, "The Lost Doll" together

This book focused on the grapheme-phoneme correspondences /h/ /b/ /f/ /ff/ /l/ /ll/ /ss/ and double consonants.

Children successfully blended and read words such as "doll", "mess," "still," "cross," "black", "scrub" and "helps" within full sentences.

They then created 'split pin' dolls with their parents - aren't they fantastic?
