Community Outreach

As part of our end-of-year celebrations, we’ve been reflecting on the importance of community and how we can give back to the people and places that have supported us throughout the year.

We’re proud to share some of the ways our school community has reached out:

Brightening Lives Through Art
Unsold artwork from our Summer Fair has found a new home at Belmore Lodge, a local care home. We hope these colourful pieces will bring a little extra joy to residents and brighten their rooms with creativity and warmth.

Supporting Local Families
Thanks to generous non-uniform day donations, we’ve been able to provide a selection of goods to the New Forest Basics Bank, helping families in need across our area.

Uniform with Purpose
Unclaimed lost property and donated school uniform pieces have been passed on to our school governor, Roger Maughn, who will be taking them to Zambia, when he visits at the end of August. There, these items will be shared with children to help foster a sense of pride, belonging, and community.

A Legacy in Stories
Year 6 have also taken time to carefully select their favourite pieces from their writing portfolios. These have been compiled into a beautiful storybook, which is now proudly placed in Lymington Library, a space that has inspired so many of them over the years.
