Year R Assembly:

It was lovely to see Year R share their learning about pirates in their assembly – and didn't they look fantastic!

This was Year R's very first assembly in front of the whole school and they spoke loudly and proudly as they shared everything they had learned. We loved their wonderful pirate songs and enjoyed joining in too! Their beautiful singing brought lots of smiles to everyone's faces.

The children also explained the real treasures they had discovered this year, including friendship, learning and all the amazing experiences they have shared together. It was a lovely reminder that the greatest treasures aren't always found in a pirate's chest! 

Year R were a treasure to watch as well. We are so proud of every one of them - well done Year R!
