Year 4 blog:

Year 4 had an unforgettable day stepping back into the world of the Vikings as they celebrated the end of their History unit with a fantastic Viking Dress-Up Day and class assembly performance.

The children arrived at school transformed into fierce warriors, shieldmaidens, farmers and explorers, proudly wearing their creative costumes. To showcase their learning, Year 4 presented a wonderful assembly to parents and the wider school. They confidently shared everything they had discovered this half term, including where the Vikings came from, why they invaded Britain, and what daily life was like in a Viking settlement. The children demonstrated not only their historical knowledge but also their growing confidence and presentation skills.
