Spelling Bee

Well done to St Matthew who won Autumn 2's House Competition - the Spelling Bee!

Each house worked together in assembly to spell the words read out by Miss Walker in the fastest time (key Common Exception Words from the National Curriculum)  - well done to their House Captain Ava who led the team to victory!

Each half term we hold three competitions where children work together across their school House teams - one charity based, one academic, and one physical. Winning teams are awarded a mini trophy and house points - which all count towards the final total at the end of the year.
