This week in OWWL, we made special Remembrance crosses. We worked collaboratively to make some "Ojo de Dios" (God’s Eye) to add colour to our crosses and to represent poppies.
We created our crosses using natural resources we found on the ground and added red and black wool for our Remembrance theme.
Each year group added more wool onto the work from the year group before, making it a true collaborative effort that symbolised unity and Remembrance across our school.
Every thread was woven with care, each cross made with purpose, and together we created something more than a piece of art. Although generations may pass, the courage and sacrifice of those who came before us will never be forgotten.
We will remember them.
