Librarian Video

Inspired by watching Hampshire County Council's 'Pupil Librarian' video, as part of our cross-partnership librarian training, our librarians decided to make their own video, to explain to younger pupils how to use the library!

They scripted the video themselves, thinking about the different areas of the library and how pupils interact with it. Mr Riste Smith then kindly offered to film the video and piece it together.

We will put the video on QR codes around our library so that visitors can scan it and find out a bit more about what happens on our Library Bus! We are very proud of our librarians and how they promote reading across our school, including running our Blue Peter Book Club, where they read stories to other children at lunchtimes.
