Zambia Update:

We are delighted to share a heart‑warming update from Eneless Patmos School in Lusaka, Zambia. Thanks to the generosity of our school community’s uniform donation, brought over by school governor Roger Maughn, the children now have proper school uniforms and the difference it is making is already shining through.

We have shared the photos with our pupils as a powerful example of how we can act as architects of a better world, in line with working towards the UNESCO Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Because of your donations, we are directly supporting:

  • Goal 4: Quality Education, by removing one barrier that prevents attendance and learning.

  • Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, by helping children who have less receive the same opportunity and dignity as others.

  • Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by collaborating across borders, uniting our school with theirs in purpose

Last year, pupils raised £467 for the school, as one of their chosen charities. The funds are now helping in the search for land to expand and build additional classrooms, enabling the school to welcome more pupils, including many orphans from the city, into education. Your ongoing support is making a real difference to children's lives - we thank you for your continued support!
