In Year R

In Year R, the children have been exploring different Nursery Rhymes for National Nursery Rhyme week during their Busy Bee time!

In the water tray Year R practised counting different objects such as fish , ducks and boats. Alongside this, they have also been practising stacking skills by creating a new wall for Humpty Dumpty and building their own buses for the "Wheels on the bus!" Year have also enjoyed role playing the Nursery Rhyme "Polly put the kettle on." by creating a tea party for their fiends in the mud kitchen. Finally we have been learning some new Nursery Rhymes to support our CST learning. The children enjoyed singing about "Patariki the Penguin." who helps us participate.
