Eat Them To Defeat Them!

We were delighted to welcome the management team at City Catering, our school dinner provider, to school on Friday.

They helped us to launch the "Eat Them to Defeat Them," campaign, designed to get us all to eat our five a day!

As part of the launch, pupils trialled and tested some new vegetable recipes, giving their feedback, and shared their thoughts on the current school menu. Our pupils very much appreciated the chance to share their thoughts and comment on their favourite recipes, as well as the opportunity to shape the menu in the future. 

There was also a prize giveaway - for the lucky pupil that found an "Eat them to Defeat Them" sticker under their plate! 

Congratulations to George in Year 6 who took home a fabulous box of fresh vegetable produce!
