OWWL Update:

We have been working hard to harvest even MORE incredible produce from our grounds. This included: plums, apples and more tomatoes!

We also planted out some more winter veg, including potatoes and leeks and needed to focus carefully on the different instructions that each plant needs to grow successfully.

We also considered how many displaced people and homeless people may live.

We used this discussion to help us to be mindful of how other people live and what we could do to help others in our community and around the world. With this in mind, we chose to create shelters that we could keep cosy and dry in, putting our skills together to tie up ropes, selecting the best materials for the task and ensuring that we communicated well throughout.

Our Gardening Club have also worked hard this evening to plant some beautiful bushes and flowers donated by parishioners at OLMSJ church, for which we are very grateful!

Finally, we did a very necessary clear out of the poly tunnel!
