Prayer Bear. Sept 2020.

This is our school Prayer Bear!

He is a gift for Father David from the children at OLSJ, so that he can share in our thoughts and prayers while he cannot come into school. 

Everybody put a name into the hat to decide the name of the bear... and the name that was pulled out was.... 'Peter'! 

We felt this was quite apt as Peter was one of Jesus' first followers and the founder of the Catholic Church. All of us in school are followers of Jesus and try to live his message.

We will deliver Peter the Prayer Bear to Fr David at Our Lady of Mercy & St Joseph Church in Lymington.
