School News:
We are absolutely delighted to share the wonderful news that our school has been recognised as the top performing primary school in Hampshire this year, based on our Key Stage 2 results for the 2024/25 academic year. This achievement places us at the top of the county rankings and is a moment of immense pride for our entire school community.
This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our pupils, staff and wider school community. We are proud to provide an environment where children feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their very best.
The achievement reflects the school’s strong academic culture alongside its commitment to nurturing, child-centred education. With small class sizes and a 1:15 pupil–teacher ratio, pupils benefit from highly personalised learning, enabling them to explore ideas, ask questions and deepen their understanding in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our KS2 outcomes demonstrate not only high academic standards in reading, writing and mathematics, but also the impact of a learning culture built on curiosity, confidence and ambition. We believe that strong relationships, high expectations and a broad, engaging curriculum are key to helping children thrive and to preparing them successfully for the next stage of their education.
We are incredibly proud of our pupils for their determination and resilience, grateful to our families for their ongoing support, and thankful to our dedicated staff whose passion and expertise make such achievements possible. This success belongs to everyone who contributes to our school each day.
While we are thrilled to receive this recognition, our focus remains firmly on the future. We will continue to build on this success, ensuring that every child is known, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential in an environment where learning is celebrated and ambition is nurtured.
