Before lockdown, Year R planted their own potatoes! We planted them in the Year R garden and have been watching them sprout their leaves.

Today we dug up the potatoes and counted a total of 45 potatoes! Some were very tiny! 

We are going to wash them, cook them and then have a go at tasting our very own potatoes. We are very excited and very proud of what we have grown!
