This week Year 5 Prayer Leaders would like to share their prayer and Matthew 3:13 with our school community. We think of the journey's we partake in, particularly with our faith and our relationship with God.

“And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove" (Matthew 3:13, 16–17)

Dear Lord,

Like you started your journey when John Baptised you, baptise us in the Holy Spirit.

Help us be filled with love, compassion and kindness. Please help these values spread around the world and bring peace to all of humanity.
