Blessing of the Animals.

We had a lovely ceremony at Our Lady of Mercy & St Joseph Church after school on Tuesday, to celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assissi.

It was lovely to see so many pupils and parishioners bring their pets along to the church for a blessing from Fr David! We all enjoyed a lovely sing song (and some of the pets joined in too!)
